Our school requires all teachers to have a minimum Child Development Associate Degree and a commitment to quality education. Our staff is regularly evaluated through interviews, professional assessments, and skills evaluations. And all staff is regularly screened through conduct background checks using fingerprinting with the help of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the FBI.
